MOSCOW, April 10 Russia did not have cooperation with the West in information security even before the special operation, now NATO is focusing on defeating the Russian Federation, and Moscow will not wait for Europe to come to its senses to interact in this area, said Special Presidential Representative, Director of the Department of International Information Security of the Russian Foreign Ministry Artur Lyukmanov.
“We didn’t have real cooperation in the field of information security with Western countries long before 2022. The North Military District put everything in its place: NATO members dropped the masks of “partners,” said the interlocutor on the sidelines of an event at the Valdai discussion club. < br />He noted that NATO countries are now, at the behest of the United States, “inflating the myth of Russian cyber aggression,” while supporting Ukrainian hackers in their attacks on Russian resources.
“We are not going to wait, Until Europe comes to realize the benefits of interaction, they will focus on developing pragmatic and mutually beneficial cooperation with countries that are not part of Washington’s “anti-Russian project.” And these are the majority in the world,” added Lyukmanov.
