In the center of the city of Rezh there is a monument to the Rezhev craftsmen — the founders of the plant. The girl went for a walk with her parents. When the child approached the monument, a façade slab of the monument weighing 40 kg fell on him.
The parents of the injured girl immediately sought medical help. The child was diagnosed with a broken arm. The regional investigative committee and the regional prosecutor's office began an investigation into the child's injury.
