In Moscow, fines for riding an electric scooter together will soon become automatic
Fines for riding a scooter together will become automatic in early May, TASS reports with reference to the kick-sharing service Whoosh, which developed the Anti-Tandem technology.
As noted, the electric scooter itself will also learn to determine how many people are riding on it, after which its speed will automatically decrease to a minimum. Fines, as well as blocking of scooters, will begin after re-fixation, the message says.
Previously, restrictions were introduced for traveling by bicycle and scooter, for example, in the Ostankino, Botanical Garden and VDNKh parks.
