MOSCOW, April 11 With Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to have a face-to-face meeting with permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on Thursday, said presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“Today, along with closed meetings, the president also has a meeting planned with permanent members of the Security Council. This will be a face-to-face meeting,” said Peskov to journalists.
