NOVOSIBIRSK, April 14The water level in the Tom River in the Tomsk region continues to rise and in some places is approaching dangerous levels; in the Tomsk region, more than 130 houses in villages and gardening communities have already been flooded, the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Tomsk region reported on Friday in the Telegram channel.
«The water level in Tom in the area of the Camp Garden increased by 76 centimeters per day and is 761 centimeters with a dangerous mark of 890 centimeters, in the area of the River Station — it increased by 130 centimeters and is 747 centimeters with a dangerous mark of 750 centimeters, in the village area Kozyulino – increased by 39 centimeters and is 928 centimeters with a dangerous mark of 980 centimeters,” the central office said in a statement. 
Rescuers are monitoring two road overflows in the Tomsk region: at the 16th kilometer of the Kazanka-Baturino highway and at the 30th kilometer of the Vershinino-Yar highway. In addition, there are flooded sections of roads within the village.
As reported by the department, on Sunday the following remain in the flood zone: in the village of Vershinino — 66 household plots, 27 residential buildings; in the village of Baturino – 10 personal plots, three residential buildings; in the village of Chernaya Rechka — seven personal plots, three residential buildings; in SNT «Yagodka» — 30 houses; in SNT «Solnechnoye» — 50 houses; in SNT «Medvedka» — five plots; in SNT Lake Dolgoe in the village of Yar — 20 houses.
According to the head of the Tomsk region, Vyacheslav Chernous, 82 people, including six children, have currently been evacuated from the flood zone. There are 11 people in temporary accommodation centers.
On Sunday, Tomsk Mayor Dmitry Makhinya announced the evacuation of people from the territory of the Levoberezhye gardening partnership.
