MOSCOW, April 12 Presidential Press Secretary Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called it premature to assume that Minsk could become a platform for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
Journalists asked Peskov whether negotiations between the heads of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko could mean that Minsk will become a platform for negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
““No, not yet. There are no details on this yet. This is all premature,” Peskov said.
