The Ukrainian army shelled a residential sector in Russian-occupied Tokmak, Zaporozhye region. This was reported by the Russian-appointed head of the region, Evgeny Balitsky.
According to him, there are dead, including one child, as well as dozens of seriously wounded. Balitsky did not name their exact number. An official from the occupation administration of the region, Vladimir Rogov, reports on his telegram channel about six dead and at least 20 injured.
Balitsky clarifies that rescuers are now putting out the fire at the site of the shelling and clearing away the rubble.
