The Ukrainian military launched a missile attack on a former machine-building plant in Lugansk, says the head of the self-proclaimed LPR Leonid Pasechnik. There were only two explosions, clarifies LuganskInformCenter, controlled by the occupation authorities.
According to Pasechnik, the plant is not functioning now, they “planned to start production there soon.” Also, “residential buildings were damaged as a result of the impact.”
Several hours after the explosion, Pasechnik provided information about the victims. According to him, nine people were injured.
According to the city telegram channel “MLNR”, the explosions took place in the south of the city, near the bus station. The former “Lugansk Machine-Building Plant — 100” is located there. The LPR authorities have already reported its shelling in May 2023.
