MOSCOW, April 15 Governor of the Kurgan region Vadim Shumkov called on the Telegram channel to immediately evacuate residents of the right bank of Kurgan, as well as residents of the left bank from garden and dacha communities located before the dam .
“Immediately evacuate from SNT, DNT and flooded parts of the microdistricts of the right bank part, as well as those located up to the dam from the left bank of the city of Kurgan SNT, DNT and microdistricts of the city,” he wrote.
