“The water level in the Tom River in the area of the Camp Garden increased by 99 centimeters per day and is 860 centimeters with a dangerous mark of 890 centimeters, in the area of the Rechvokzal it increased by 14 centimeters and is 761 centimeters with a dangerous mark of 750 centimeters, in the area of the village of Kozyulino it increased by 28 centimeters and amounts to 956 centimeters with a dangerous mark of 980 centimeters,” the report says. 
Regional Governor Vladimir Mazur reported in his Telegram channel , which is holding an operational meeting on the flood situation on Monday morning.

The governor noted that on Monday specialists will continue to survey the river from the air to determine the location of the next ice blasting operations.
As reported, as of Monday morning in the Tomsk district of the Tomsk region, there are almost 140 flooded houses in villages and gardening communities, 84 people have been evacuated.
