ST. PETERSBURG, April 15 An eighteen-year-old resident of the Leningrad region, who allegedly shot a teenager in the forehead with an air pistol, became a defendant in a criminal case of hooliganism , reported the RF SUSK for the region.
«»The Kingisepp Interdistrict Investigation Department… instituted a criminal case against an 18-year-old young man on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism)… According to the investigation, on April 15… in at the entrance of a house on Maxim Gorky Street in the city of Slantsy… the suspect fired a shot from an air pistol at the head of a 15-year-old teenager…» the report says.
As noted, the teenager had a laceration to his forehead. There is no threat to his life and health.
The suspect was detained, the regional investigative department confirmed.
