MOSCOW, April 16 A plane flying from Kaliningrad to Moscow crash-landed at Pulkovo due to a technical malfunction, no one was injured, reports Telegram- channel of the Western interregional SU on transport of the RF IC.
«Upon the fact of an emergency landing of the aircraft, a pre-investigation check is being carried out on the grounds of a crime provided for in Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,» the message says.
It is noted that on April 16, a message was received that the plane on the Kaliningrad-Moscow route requested an emergency landing due to a technical malfunction at Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg. There were 188 passengers and eight crew members on board the aircraft. The plane landed and no one was hurt.
The investigator is inspecting the aircraft, organizing a set of measures to establish all the circumstances, causes and conditions of the incident.
