According to the information center of the government of the Tyumen region, a critical rise in water is observed on the Ishim River in the Irtysh Basin District. in this regard, residents of the city of Ishim should begin urgent evacuation.
«Residents of Ishim received SMS messages at 6 o'clock in the morning urging them to urgently evacuate from the flood zone,» the message says.
As the authorities clarified, residents of houses located in the area of possible flooding were informed not via SMS, but in person — during a door-to-door visit.
