MOSCOW, April 17 The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the Data Economy program, will allocate grants, subsidies and preferential loans worth 130 billion rubles to support IT developments , said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
«We must ensure the transition of the entire state IT infrastructure and most of the systems of our enterprises to domestic solutions. At the same time, we need to ensure rapid development. For this, the program includes measures to support new developments and scientific research in the form of grants, subsidies, preferential loans amounting to about 130 billion rubles,” Chernyshenko said at the Data Fusion-2024 forum.
