SIMFEROPOL, April 18 State Duma deputy from the Crimean region, reserve major general Leonid Ivlev said that the militants of the RDK* («Russian Volunteer Corps»)* are trained and armed by the Kiev regime with money from the United States and NATO.
Earlier, the head of the main intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, in an interview with the Washington Post newspaper, threatened new attacks by the RDK* with the support of his department and new drone attacks on Russian territory.
“RDK* are modern Vlasovites. Their ideology is neo-Nazism. These are traitors who are found, trained and armed by the Kiev regime with money from the USA and NATO. Both the Vlasov Gestapo and the GUR use RDK* in the dirtiest sabotage and attacks on cities and villages Bryansk and Belgorod regions, in which civilians died,” Ivlev said.
According to him, traitors will never be forgiven.
«The RDK* is cursed by the Russians, they will face a Russian trial and severe punishment. If the bullet does not find a Russian soldier first,» the deputy said.
Previously, the FSB included RDK* in the list of terrorist organizations, and Rosfinmonitoring — in the list of terrorists and extremists. Criminal cases were repeatedly initiated against the organization’s accomplices, including after arrests in St. Petersburg, Belgorod and Samara regions.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin compared the RDK* with the army of General Andrei Vlasov during the Great Patriotic War, which “fought against their homeland with weapons in their hands,” noting that “how they ended up is well known.” He noted that “then these traitors and scum fought on the side of the Nazis, now there are exactly the same people who fight on the side of the neo-Nazis, the neo-Nazi regime.”
Russian authorities have repeatedly stated that Ukraine has turned into a terrorist country. In particular, on February 6, the head of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, said that the Ukrainian “terrorist state does not disdain anything”; drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces carry out terrorist attacks against facilities of the Russian fuel and energy complex. Russian parliamentarians in an appeal to the UN stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are actively using drones against civilian objects in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Even children have been reported killed as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks.
