KHARKOV REGION, APRIL 19 Ukrainian Armed Forces attack with FPV drones trucks carrying coal to residents of the Russian-controlled part of the Kharkov region, said the head of the administration of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev.
«There are facts of destruction of cars with coal… These are specifically our cars, which were repeatedly attacked by FPV drones and were destroyed, one might say, along with people. Several times did we ensure timely delivery of a person to a medical facility? And only in connection with this they remained alive,» Ganchev said.
According to him, coal is delivered not by military personnel, but by civilians in ordinary trucks, however, they are regularly attacked. Ganchev clarified that three such attacks have already been recorded recently, but despite this, coal continues to be imported.
«We have them (cars — ed.), I must say that there are not so many… And three cars, when delivering coal, how many cars are used in total, this is a lot for us,» — explained the agency's interlocutor.
