MOSCOW, April 19 European politicians talk about that Russia allegedly plans to attack EU countries in order to extract more funds from parliaments to continue the war in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
«One could say 'paranoia' and forget about it, but in my opinion, this is a more cunning plan. They desperately need to 'knock' money out of their parliaments to continue the war,» Lavrov said in an interview with Sputnik radio stations, » Moscow speaks» and «Komsomolskaya Pravda», commenting on statements by European politicians that Russia is allegedly planning an attack on EU countries.
The minister added that now it is the European leaders who are “advocating for pumping Ukraine up with weapons.”
«Borrell, Scholz, Ursula von der Leyen — they already so unequivocally, rudely and cutting off all paths, declared that Russia is an enemy, it must be destroyed, not allowed to win, save Ukraine. They it’s just that politicians will “end up” if they change anything in this rhetoric,” the minister emphasized.
