MOSCOW, April 20 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to take tax incentive measures and stimulate demand for biotechnological products, according to a list of instructions published on the Kremlin website .
«To the Government of the Russian Federation: take measures to develop biotechnologies, including tax incentive measures and stimulate demand for biotechnological products; to update the fishing fleet (primarily small-tonnage) of organizations engaged in coastal fishing in the Western, Azov-Black Sea and Volga-Caspian fishery basins,” the message says.
The report must be submitted before September 1, 2024. Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin has been appointed responsible.
