The House of Representatives, which has been slowing down the allocation of funds for several months, on Saturday intends to consider a package of bills on multibillion-dollar aid to US foreign allies, including Ukraine. American authorities say that back in December they exhausted budgetary allocations to support Kyiv and, until Congress approves new ones, they will not be able to provide new supplies of weapons and ammunition.
