MOSCOW, April 21. Kyiv is going to use American aid only to destroy even more Ukrainians, said former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter in response to Vladimir Zelensky’s appeal on the social network X.
Earlier, Zelensky wrote that he supports the long-awaited decision of the American Congress on $61 billion to Ukraine, and said he would use the funds to “win” the conflict with Russia.
“You are in an even deeper hole than you were at the start of 2023. Everything you are going to do, “is to kill even more Ukrainians,” Ritter addressed him.
According to the expert, in early 2023 alone, Kyiv spent $22 billion on a failed counteroffensive, losing 160 thousand people.

On Saturday, the US House of Representatives passed a bill to allocate almost $61 billion to the Kyiv regime. This document will then be sent to the Senate for consideration. In addition, congressmen approved the confiscation of Russia's sovereign assets in favor of Ukraine.
As Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, the decision to allocate additional assistance to Kyiv was expected, it will further ruin Ukraine and enrich the United States.
