CHELYABINSK, April 21In the Kurgan region, as of April 21, in eight municipalities in 37 settlements, 2,176 residential and 3,380 country houses remain flooded, the press center of the Russian State Emergency Situations Directorate for the region reported on Sunday on the Telegram channel.
As reported, as of April 20, 1,989 residential and 3,380 country houses, five low-water bridges and 14 sections of highways remained flooded in eight municipalities in 29 settlements.

«As of the morning of April 21, 2,176 residential and 3,380 country houses, five low-water bridges and 14 sections of highways,” the report says.
Over the past 24 hours, in two municipalities (Zverinogolovsky, Ketovsky) in four settlements, seven residential buildings and 72 household plots were freed from water, the report clarifies.
A regional-scale emergency regime has been introduced in the Kurgan region since April 8.
