The top twenty also includes Kuwait and Algeria, where the average cost of a liter of gasoline is 30.3 rubles. In turn, the most expensive gasoline was in Hong Kong (274.9 rubles per liter), Monaco and Iceland (205.5 rubles), Denmark (187.8 rubles) and the Netherlands (184.9 rubles).
