DONETSK, April 22 In Donetsk, a suspect was detained in the murder of a 13-year-old boy in the Budennovsky district on April 19; before the murder, the criminal committed sexual acts with the minor, law enforcement agencies reported.
According to investigators, Vadim S., born in 1981, got a group of teenagers drunk, after which he and a 13-year-old boy rode a black scooter to a warehouse in the Budennovsky district of Donetsk. There, the attacker forced the minor to perform sexual acts, after which he decided to strangle the boy, the investigation believes.
In the footage of the operational recording of the moment of the suspect’s detention, which is available, the detainee admitted guilt in acts of a sexual nature towards a child.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder”.
