Matvienko: It is impossible to recognize Ukraine as a terrorist state, but the Kiev regime certainly is
Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said in an interview with RIA Novosti that Ukraine cannot be recognized as a terrorist state, since there is no such thing in international law the concept of “terrorist state.”
She added that the Kiev regime is certainly considered terrorist. Matvienko emphasized that all terrorist attacks in Russia were organized by this very regime with the support of the CIA and other Western intelligence services.
