CHISINAU, Apr 22 To some passengers who returned from the congress in Moscow and those detained at the Chisinau airport, became ill, they needed medical assistance, what happened is complete chaos, opposition Moldovan politician Ilan Shor said on Monday.
Passengers who participated in the congress of Moldovans in Moscow were detained at the Chisinau airport on Monday politicians and social activists who support Moldova's entry into the EAEU, said MP Marina Tauber.
“The authorities are holding our fellow citizens at the Chisinau airport for several hours without any reason. They are “guilty” of the most important crime, according to President Maia Sandu , — many passengers on this flight were at the congress of the political bloc «Victory» in Moscow «(…) Several people became ill and required medical assistance,» Shor wrote in his Telegram channel.
The politician accused the head of the republic, Sandu, in an attempt to put pressure on those who have a different point of view. “Sandu is violating the constitutional rights of Moldovan citizens, creating complete chaos. This should not go unpunished,” Shor noted.
On Sunday, a congress of Moldovan politicians and social activists was held in Moscow, at which the creation of the “Victory-Victoria” bloc was announced. In particular, the structure united the parties “Shor”, “Chance”, “Renaissance”, “Victoria”, “Power of Alternative and Agreements of Moldova”.
