VLADIVOSTOK, April 22 Two residents Ussur iysk, which They burned a man they had previously beaten in the trunk of a car on suspicion of involvement in the theft of a telephone; they will be tried in Primorye, the regional prosecutor’s office reports.
Earlier it was reported that a burnt car with human remains was found in Ussuriysk. A criminal case was opened under the article «murder», and a search was carried out in the apartment of the car renter. In the evening of the same day, two suspects were detained and then arrested. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Primorye reported that one of those arrested was the renter of the burnt car in which human remains were found. 
According to the regional prosecutor's office, the incident occurred in April last year in Ussuriysk: two defendants were drinking with new acquaintances, one of whom stole a mobile phone from the accused and fled. The defendants suspected a second, unfamiliar drinking companion of conspiracy to steal.
“The defendants inflicted bodily injuries on him, locked him in the trunk of a Mazda Axela, doused the car with a flammable liquid, set it on fire and fled the scene of the crime… The criminal case was sent to the Primorsky Regional Court for consideration on the merits,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
Two Ussuri residents are accused of murder committed with particular cruelty, of deliberate destruction of someone else's property by arson. Mazda Axela, destroyed by fire, was in the use of one of the accused under a lease agreement; the damage caused to the owner exceeded 200 thousand rubles, the supervisory authority informs.
