MOSCOW, April 24 The West is trying to convince the Armenians that peace is possible for their country if they break with Russia , but the scenario presented by the West is impossible, said blogger, leader of the Azatagrum (Liberation) movement Mikael Badalyan.
At the presentation of the non-profit organization for promoting the development of international cooperation «Eurasia» at the international multimedia press center «Russia Today», Badalyan noted the imposition of peace by the West, which «even in quotation marks» cannot be called peace. According to him, in fact, this is a direct path to war.
«The main thesis that our Western opponents are now trying to bring and which they are bringing to our countries and, in particular, to Armenia, is the thesis that in order to achieve peace we must turn away from Russia. Until you cut off ties with Russia , you won’t achieve anything, and as soon as you do this, suddenly, from somewhere, as they say, French ships will enter the Armenian mountains,” Badalyan said, noting the obvious impossibility of such a scenario.
