MOSCOW, April 24 Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak at the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on Thursday, he told reporters press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“The president will speak at the RSPP tomorrow. We will give you additional guidance on the time,” Peskov said.
