ST. PETERSBURG, April 26. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that balanced approaches are needed in parliamentary diplomacy; it is important for the development of ties, including with BRICS.
The head of state addressed members of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation on Friday.
“I ask you to take into account such pragmatic, balanced approaches in parliamentary diplomacy, to increase efforts in this direction, including developing contacts with our friends and partners within the EurAsEC, CSTO, CIS, SCO and, of course, such a promising, growing association as BRICS,” Putin said.< br>
