MOSCOW, April 27 Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to discuss the parameters of the federal budget for the next three years at a meeting on economic issues.
“It is in this spirit (concentration on areas with the maximum effect on the quality of life — ed.) that I propose today, as a first approximation, of course, to discuss budget guidelines for the upcoming three-year period,” Putin said during the meeting.
In addition, he also proposed discussing a long-term financial plan until 2030.
