
BRUSSELS, APRIL 27 The European Union called on Russia to reconsider the decision to transfer assets of German and Italian companies into temporary management, the European External Action Service said in a statement issued on Saturday.< br />“
“The European Union calls on Russia to cancel these measures and find acceptable solutions together with these European companies,” the document says.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of the Russian subsidiaries Ariston and BSH Hausgerate to the temporary management of Gazprom Household Systems JSC. The document is posted on the portal for the official publication of legal acts.
BSH Hausgerate GmbH is a German company producing household appliances, founded in 1967. In 2015, another manufacturer of home appliances, Bosch, made BSH its subsidiary, buying out the partners' share. The most famous brands of the BSH concern are Bosch and Siemens.
Ariston is a trademark owned by the Indesit Company concern. It produces large household appliances, including water heaters, hoods, hobs and more.
Gazprom Household Systems is a subsidiary of Gazprom, the largest Russian manufacturer of household gas and electric stoves, components for gas-using equipment.
