MOSCOW, April 28 Spartak management does not consider the acting duties of the team's head coach Vladimir Slishkovich as a candidate for the post of full-fledged team leader, but he may remain on the coaching staff of the Moscow football club, a source familiar with the situation said.
Sliskovic became acting after the resignation of Spaniard Guillermo Abascal on April 14. Under the leadership of the Bosnian specialist, Spartak defeated Rostov (5:1) in the Russian Premier League (RPL) and won the Lokomotiv derby (3:2) on Sunday; the red-whites also drew twice with the score 0:0 — in the derby with CSKA in the RPL and in the Russian Cup match with Zenit St. Petersburg, both times away.
