According to the online map Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an alarm sounded in the Kyiv region from 21:09 Moscow time.
At 21:41 an alarm was announced in the Zhytomyr region.
Russian troops began striking Ukrainian infrastructure associated with the Armed Forces of Ukraine on October 10, 2022 — two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. Strikes are carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country.
