MOSCOW, April 27 Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin congratulated the representatives of the people on the Day of Russian Parliamentarism, the congratulations were published on the State Duma website.

Volodin noted that the multi-party system in Russia increases the efficiency of lawmaking and the responsibility of deputies to voters.
