MOSCOW, May 1. Virtual consultant of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on consular issues is a shameful flirtation with the racial theme and the development of grants to promote liberal “tolerance,” stated the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in her Telegram channel.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported on Wednesday that with the help of artificial intelligence technologies, a virtual consultant has been created who will voice information to the media on consular issues. The consultant was named “Victoria Ii”, she was created on the basis of a real person — Ukrainian singer Rosalie Nombre, who agreed to act as a prototype, she was filmed and digitized.
“Using the image of a dark-skinned girl is a shameful flirtation with the racial theme,” Zakharova wrote.
In her opinion, such steps are a development of grants to promote liberal “tolerance”, as well as an attempt to “cover up the unsightly picture of the racist and neo-Nazi ideologies that permeate modern Ukraine.”
The diplomat pointed out that in 2023, the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was the transgender Sarah Ashton-Cirillo (included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation), but when “the grant ended, Cirillo ended with him.”
«So once the grant is spent, this discovery of the Kyiv regime will also be lost, the essence of which will not change — xenophobia, racism, neo-Nazism will remain its ideological basis,» Zakharova concluded.
