MOSCOW, May 2Aviation was brought in to extinguish a fire in an administrative and industrial building in the east of Moscow, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
“Aviation from the Moscow Aviation Center has been involved in the extinguishing efforts,” the statement says.
The fire in the three-story building occurred on Thursday evening. According to the latest data, the fire area is 2,500 square meters. In addition, there was a partial collapse of the roof over an area of one thousand square meters.
120 personnel and 35 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. Rescuers localized the fire.
There were no reports of casualties.
