
MOSCOW, May 6. Earthquake of magnitude 5, 5 was recorded in Chukotka, reports the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
The earthquake was recorded at 11.11 UTC time (14.11 Moscow time) 169 kilometers north of the village of Egvekinot with a population of more than two thousand people. The source of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers.
No information was received about casualties or destruction.
