According to hydrological bulletins from the Telegram channel of the regional government information center, at 8.00 (6.00 Moscow time) on May 5, the water level in the Ishim River in the village of Abatskoye is 1234 centimeters, at 22.00 (20.00 Moscow time) — 1227 centimeters.
< br />The critical level of the dangerous phenomenon for this locality is 960 centimeters. The maximum rise — 1236 centimeters — was recorded on May 3. According to the authorities, the tense flood situation in the Abatsky district may persist until May 15.
In the worst flood scenario, 22 settlements, where more than 2.5 thousand people live, could fall into the flood zone in the Abatsky district; in the regional center, up to 500 houses, in which about 1.5 thousand people. In total, the population in the region is 19 thousand people, in the village of Abatskoye, where an emergency evacuation was announced on April 27, there are about 8 thousand.
A state of emergency due to flooding in the Tyumen region was introduced on April 8. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as of Sunday, 385 residential buildings, 345 country houses, 3,232 personal plots, 35 sections of roads were flooded in 47 settlements.
