The Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow arrested US citizen Nikum Ulyam Russell for ten days, the joint press service of the capital's courts reported.
Russell was found guilty under the protocol of petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). According to the police, the American was drinking, after which he was found naked in the yard — in which, the press service of the courts does not specify. The police who detained Russell came to the conclusion that he “expressed clear disrespect for society, citizens and public order.”
The day before, an unnamed REN TV source claimed that Russell on the night of May 3 “climbed into the children’s library on People’s Militia Street and began to undress,” after which he was detained and arrested.
In early May, a court in Vladivostok arrested US military officer Gordon Black on charges of theft causing significant damage (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code).
A US army sergeant came to Vladivostok from South Korea without permission from his superiors, NBC News reported. After a business trip, he decided to stop by Russia to visit his partner.
According to Shot, Black was dating a girl from Vladivostok who had lived in South Korea for a long time. The Telegram channel claimed that because of the conflict, the military man beat her and stole 200 thousand rubles. 34-year-old Black was detained at the hotel after his girlfriend reported the theft, the Primorye Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. According to the department, he bought tickets to the USA.
