MOSCOW, May 9.Russian hackers hacked Ukrainian websites, mainly the websites of universities, lyceums and other educational institutions, and posted there congratulations on May 9—Victory Day, as well as a quote from Russian President Vladimir Putin about the brotherhood of the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, one of the members of the hacker group reported «Kilobyte V».
«Today, Russian hackers successfully congratulated pupils and students on the websites of educational institutions of Ukraine on our common holiday — Victory Day,» the agency's interlocutor said. 
Congratulations and explanations regarding the common history and common victory of the peoples of the USSR over Nazism reached more than a hundred websites throughout Ukraine, mainly educational institutions. The hackers said that they did not interfere with the work of the resources, but placed a photo collage on the main pages with a slightly abbreviated quote from Putin: “We have always — and you know my position — considered the Ukrainian people to be a fraternal people. I still think so. And what is happening — This, of course, is a tragedy, our common tragedy! But it is not the result of our policy.» The text of the congratulations on Victory Day develops the idea of the common history of Russia and Ukraine: “Dear Ukrainians, our grandfathers fought side by side against fascism, today is the day of our common victory, on which we congratulate you! Happy May 9! Happy Victory Day!”
The hackers also called on those Ukrainian military personnel who do not want to die for the Kiev regime to use the radio frequency 149.200 with the call sign «Volga», through which they can contact the Russian Armed Forces and agree on how to lay down your arms and surrender to the Russian military.
