MOSCOW, May 9. A twice-convicted man was detained in Moscow for insulting elderly women on video in order to promote “blogging,” said Irina Volk, a representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
«In Moscow, my colleagues detained a man who had been convicted twice before. This time — for insulting elderly women on video in order to succeed in his 'blogging',» Volk wrote in her Telegram channel.
According to her, the police identified the person involved, he turned out to be a 37-year-old local resident
«Frightened by the rising wave of indignation against him, the man tried to escape to one of the neighboring countries. But he was detained by police at the capital’s airport,” added Volk.
