SAMARA, May 9. A fire on an area of 450 square meters occurred in two private houses on Pesochny Lane in the historical center of Samara, two people were injured as a result of the fire , reported the Russian Emergency Situations Directorate for the Samara region in its Telegram channel.
Information about a fire in two private houses 15A and 15B on Pesochny Lane in Samara was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations at 15.31 Moscow time. Fire and rescue units are involved at an increased call level.
«The arriving units established that two private houses (one non-residential) and outbuildings were burning on a total area of 450 square meters. There were no deaths. Two people were injured (a man born in 1949 and a woman born in 1953 birth),» the department said in a statement.
90 people and 30 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire, including 62 people and 17 pieces of equipment from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
