Two live grenades were found in the toilet cistern of the Burdenko military hospital, Baza reports.
According to channel sources, grenades were discovered on Victory Day. It is reported that the dangerous items were found by a security guard at a branch of the military hospital where wounded SVO soldiers are lying. He saw grenades right in the toilet tank. “A demining team was called to the hospital,” and 10 people, according to the information, had to be evacuated.
The grenades turned out to be live — two F-1s. They were reportedly sent for destruction.
Judging by traces of corrosion, the ammunition “had been in the tank for a long time.”
