KALININGRAD, May 13. A court in Kaliningrad suspended for 50 days the activities of the Yakitoria sushi bar, after visiting which 13 people fell ill with salmonellosis, the press service of the regional court reports. court.
“»By the decision of the Central District Court, Yakitoria LLC was sentenced to administrative suspension of activities in the provision of food services for a period of 50 days,» the message says. 
According to the court, the department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Kaliningrad region received information that 13 people who consumed food at Yakitoria LLC in the city of Kaliningrad fell ill with salmonellosis. Nine of them were hospitalized in the infectious diseases hospital.
An inspection was carried out, during which numerous violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements were identified. In particular, the requirements for daily wet cleaning and disinfection of premises are not met, the area of the premises does not allow for separate storage of raw and finished products, food products are allowed to be stored in conditions that do not meet those established by the manufacturer, raw materials are received without shipping documents confirming quality and safety food products. Persons without personal medical records are allowed to work.
In relation to Yakitoria LLC, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under Article 6.6 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses.
