MOSCOW, 12 MayCandidate for the post of Deputy Prime Minister, acting Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak called the key tasks of the fuel and energy complex to provide the domestic market with high-quality energy resources and the realization of export potential.
«The key task is to provide the domestic market with high-quality energy resources. This is, in fact, a matter of the country's security. We must to ensure such production and quality of products that would develop, support and provide not only enterprises of our domestic economy and industry, but also the population,” he said at a meeting with the State Duma Committee on Energy.
“And the second, of course, direction the key thing, which we consider very important, which today also forms our budget revenues, is the realization of our export potential,” added Novak.
