MOSCOW, May 15. Ukrainian Internet users criticized the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken for his “concert” in a Kiev bar, reports the Ukrainian publication Strana.ua.
Blinken on Tuesday, during a visit to Kyiv in the company of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, tasted local pizza and also sang with a group at a bar.
“Social media users criticized US Secretary of State Blinken after he played the guitar and sang “Rockin' In The Free World” with the band in one of the Kyiv bars,” the publication writes.
As noted, some users of the social network X reproach the American authorities for the fact that while Ukraine is suffering defeats on the battlefield and is awaiting help from the United States against the backdrop of the fact that “America blocked the supply of weapons and aircraft for six months «, Blinken «hangs out in the center of Kyiv in a bar.» The user also notes that this is all you need to know “about these non-humans and partners.”
One of the users also focuses on emergency power outages in Ukraine and numerous flights in Kharkov, while “this guy plays the guitar in Kyiv.”
The other part of the users even switched to insulting Blinken.
