SARATOV, May 22.An ambulance overturned in Saratov after a collision with a car, resulting in four injuries, the city traffic police department reported.
The accident occurred on Wednesday night in front of house 8 on Sokolovgorskaya Street. 
“According to preliminary information, there was a collision between the Luidor and Nissan Almera cars. As a result of the accident, the passenger of the Nissan 2003 and the passenger of the Nissan born in 2002 were hospitalized… The drivers of the cars were examined (by doctors) and released, they refused hospitalization,” journalists were told in the press service of the department.
It is specified that the driver of the Luidor was a man born in 1974, and the driver of the Nissan was a man born in 2003.
The photo provided by the traffic police shows an ambulance involved in an accident lying overturned on its side at the side of the road. 
The regional prosecutor's office reported on the Telegram channel that the department has taken control of the progress of the investigation into an accident involving an ambulance.
«According to preliminary data…, a traffic accident occurred involving two cars, including an ambulance, which resulted in its overturning. The drivers and passengers of the cars were injured in the road accident. They received medical assistance,» the statement said.
The regional department of the RF IC reported on the Telegram channel that it has begun an investigation into a report of an accident involving emergency medical services; based on the results of the inspection, a procedural decision will be made.
