MOSCOW, May 21. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday held a meeting with State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, issues of forming a government were discussed.
“»You wanted to tell how the formation of the government proceeded. Parliament, in accordance with amendments to the Constitution, received additional rights to form the highest executive body of power,» Putin said at the beginning of the meeting and asked how everything went.
