MOSCOW, May 22. The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put the artist and creator of the Uralnash website Stanislav Shminke on the wanted list, as follows from the department’s database.
«Stanislav Alekseevich Shminke, September 3, 1984. Wanted under an article of the Criminal Code,» the database says. The article for which he is wanted is not specified. 
A criminal case has been opened against Shminke under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” law enforcement agencies reported.
Uralnash states that the site is an independent content publication about Yekaterinburg.
