The 2nd Western District Military Court ordered 28 years in a maximum security colony for 36-year-old bartender from the Moscow region Vladimir Malina in the case of arson of a relay cabinet. This was reported by a Mediazona correspondent from the court.
A criminal case was opened against Malina due to the arson of a relay cabinet at a railway crossing near Naro-Fominsk, which occurred in April 2023.
It was then reported that in a “conversation” with operatives, Vladimir said that he committed the arson on his own initiative and that no one directed his actions.
In November 2023, “That’s So,” citing a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reported , that a case was opened against Malina for participation in the “Freedom of Russia” legion, which is recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization.
